Refund policy

At 3H Gems, we want customers to purchase with confidence. We provide available information, photographs, videos, weight, dimensions, treatment information, and laboratory report details where applicable so customers can review a gemstone before purchasing.

Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The gemstone must be returned in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and with its original packaging and any accompanying laboratory report or certificate.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Gemstones that have been damaged, altered, mounted in jewelry, resized, engraved, swapped, or otherwise changed after delivery cannot be returned. Custom or specially sourced orders may also be non-returnable where this was clearly communicated before purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless the item received is incorrect or materially different from the order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For valuable gemstones, we strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service.

Inspection & Refunds

Returned gemstones will be inspected after they are received. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact 3H Gems as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photographs or video of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

International Returns

Customers returning an international order are responsible for following applicable customs and courier requirements. Any customs charges or other costs resulting from an incorrectly declared return shipment may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
